Your Jammin' Jams

Kind of like the movie thread, what music are you listening to? GIVE OTHERS A HEADS UP! : P

Flaming Lips- the soft bulletin

A softer, sweeter flaming lips than I'm used to. Great sound. Great band.

The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots.  It rocks, duh.

I would say it's weird that we both happen to be listening to the Lips without knowing it, but actually that's probably a more common thing than it would seem for normal people tongue

White Stripes : White Blood Cells

I find "The Union Forever" as equally depressing as  "We're Going to be Friends" is uplifting.  It helps to balance out my mood.

Other than that, I've been listening to "Dark Side of the Moon" all together.

I think you just made Deacon lose a bit of his appreciation for the song.

Ha, not really.  If Al Gore or the gayer guy of Will & Grace said they liked it, then I might.

I caught "Even Flow" on the radio the other day for the first time in awhile.  What a great quintessential rock song.

I feel very attracted to that type of gay person much more than the other, less gayer people. I guess the gayer they are, the better. It helps if they're smaller than me, physically.

Re: Your Jammin' Jams

Well I mean there's the gay guy, who if he didn't mention his homosexuality every five minutes you might confuse for an effeminate guy, and then there's the guy so flaming that Smokey the Bear has hired an assassin to take him out.  I mean the second guy.

Yeah, thats the guy I wouldn't kick out of bed. He's the kind of guy I'd try to lure into bed. He's the kind of guy that I dream all day about things to do with him once he's with me in bed.

Bright Eyes

Lifted, or, the story is in the soil, keep your ear to the ground.

Wow, wow, wow. That's all I can say. I first heard this cd like, a year ago. I listened to it, thought it was really good, then forgot about it. Some kid today at school reminded me about them, so I whipped out the CD. It's heavily, heavily grown on me. Wow.
